The only class that may be dropped is calculus. Students have two weeks after the class begins to drop the class. After that a ‘W’ will be placed on their transcript. Calculus is a full-year class. If a student is not enrolled in calculus, he or she needs to be under the supervision of a staff member during that class period. This must be worked out in advance.
**Latin is required for all 7th and 8th grade students. If a student transfers in after his or her 8th grade year, the equivalent of 2.0 credits must be earned. Administrator will work with transfer students to see that credit is earned.
***Each student must take one year of art, choir and gym at some point from 7th – 12th grades.
All Seventh and Eight Graders will take the following courses:
